Pico de Pollo - Protein packed and ZERO points!

I call it Pico de Pollo. The name is nonsense. But the taste is serious. It's basically pico de gallo with grilled, shredded chicken in it, which means three things - it's delicious, it's packed with protein, and IT'S ZERO POINTS. Have fourteen of my extra crunchy chips and you've got yourself a heaven snack or meal!

Ingredients
Two chicken breasts, grilled and shredded
5 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
Salt

Directions
Stir all of the ingredients together. That's it. You can add more or less of each ingredient to suit your taste buds!

Note: I am OBSESSED with my George Foreman Grill when it comes to Weight Watchers friendly recipes. You can pound your chicken breasts, season them however you like, and cook them up in no time to use in this recipe, as well as a zillion others. Make a bunch at the beginning of the week for snacks and meals and you'll always be ready when the hunger monster strikes!
