Devil's Food Cake Wrangled - Two cupcakes for THREE points!

Ok. So this is much more of a preparation trick rather than a recipe. I've been on WW for 17 years, and, over the years, I have played with baking with apple sauce and Greek yogurt and so on and so on in hopes of finding the perfect combo that was low enough points to really be a revelation. Well, here it is!

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix one box of Pillsbury Sugar-free Devil's Food Cake with 1 cup of Fage fat-free yogurt and 1 cup of water. Combine well but don't over mix. Line two twelve count cupcake pans with tin foil cupcake liners. Divide batter evenly between the 24 cups. Bake for 15 minutes.

Pizza Wrangled - Eat the whole thing for THREE POINTS!

Pizza. Oh how I love you. And oh how I've missed you. No cauliflower crust or flat-out could ever, ever compare to the crispness and the chewiness and the general yuminess and satisfaction of a pizza. I thought that joy would have to be left to single indulgences with saved up points. Well, my friends, I have VERY good news for you. THE THREE POINT PIZZA! And the crust is crisp and chewy in all the right places and the cheese is ooey gooey and you are going to be the happiest, healthiest pizza eater in town. "Everything" Pretzel Bites with two ingredient dough!

These are so good. So very, very good. Eat them right out of the oven and they are heavenly. Not too shabby once they cool off to room temperature either. And they are fan-damn-tastic dipped in hummus!! And, get this, five of them are ONLY ONE WW POINT!!  Yes, that's right. Warm, chewy, flavorful, and one point for five. You are welcome. Ingredients 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup Fage fat free Greek yogurt Pam olive oil cooking spray Olde Thompson Everything Seasoning Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degeees. 2. Combine the flour and the yogurt in a bowl. Once it is combined, transfer to a large cutting board, counter top, silicon mat, etc. Somewhere you can knead and roll. 3. Knead the dough until well combined. Don't go crazy. A minute or two is perfect. 4. Roll out into snakes, the width of your average pretzel bite. 5. Cut every two inches or so.
