Ingredients 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup Fage fat free Greek yogurt Pam olive oil cooking spray Olde Thompson Everything Seasoning Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degeees. 2. Combine the flour and the yogurt in a bowl. Once it is combined, transfer to a large cutting board, counter top, silicon mat, etc. Somewhere you can knead and roll. 3. Knead the dough until well combined. Don't go crazy. A minute or two is perfect. 4. Roll out into snakes, the width of your average pretzel bite. 5. Cut every two inches or so. Ok. So this is much more of a preparation trick rather than a recipe. I've been on WW for 17 years, and, over the years, I have played with baking with apple sauce and Greek yogurt and so on and so on in hopes of finding the perfect combo that was low enough points to really be a revelation. Well, here it is! Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix one box of Pillsbury Sugar-free Devil's Food Cake with 1 cup of Fage fat-free yogurt and 1 cup of water. Combine well but don't over mix.
